Visiting Trainers and Guest Riders

Visiting Trainers: Approval

Whilst we are happy to consider a request from a client to be taught by a non resident trainer, certain criteria must be met in order to maintain high standards. We would expect them to be known to us, by their reputation as full time freelance equestrian trainers. The list below has been approved by us, as we have worked with them over the years, and they hold the correct level of insurance.

Sorrel Warwick

Times of use of Menage for Approved Trainers

As the menage at New Forest Livery is used by both of our Resident trainers Elisa and Megan Buston to teach and train horses, and our livery clients.

Approved Visiting Trainers can use the menege between the following times only: Monday to Friday: 8am -12.15pm only.

The menage must be vacated by 1.15pm latest. The lessons should be pre-booked in the Menage Diary. Lessons are to last for 1 hour maximum. A visiting trainer is to attend up to a maximum of two hours in any one week; this is to ensure our clients have good access to the menage at all times.

Guest Riders for Clients

Clients are welcome to have a guest rider to hack your horse from the farm but this is a limited use of our facilities. Guests should attend between 8am - 5pm ONLY, when staff are on duty and not at any other times. Please complete our Guest Rider Terms and Acceptance on the online Members Notice Board and arrange this through Elisa Buston.
