Newlands Farm, Stud & Livery

At Newlands Farm we provide expert care and attention, to any and every breed, level and age of horse and pony.
Among our facilites is a superb 60 x 20 metre 'EuroFibre'-surface Menage, and indoor Horsewalker - shown below.

The stabled Full Liveries are housed in very horse-friendly American Barn stables.  Horses are able
to look out of their individual windows into the fresh air, as well as looking into the central isle. All our
boxes have sliding doors, automatic water supply & rubber mat floor protection beneath the bedding.

We have a 20 x 60 metre international size school with a full set of show jumps. The staff and owners often arrange pub rides, and specialist trainers to come in to give individual or group training.

We use the horse walker to exercise the stabled horses when necessary - for example when a horse is returning to work after injury, or when the weather doesnt permit us to turn the horses out into paddocks.

Newlands Farm Workroom

We have a useful workroom for storage of rugs etc as well being used for w.c. drinks and rest area. There is a separate secure tack room.

The stabled horses are turned out in 1 to 4 acre fields, with electric tape fencing for their protection. They are turned out in very small groups, and we can happily provide individual turn-out if required.

Our footpath is fenced to keep walkers and the horses secure :
